全球气候变化背景下,地球工程问题受到社会各界越来越多的关注。地球工程的潜在影响及相关风险是该领域研究的核心问题。本文针对太阳辐射管理这一主要的地球工程技术,以极端降水灾害为例,预估并分析了2020~2100年间在地球工程措施影响下中国极端降水事件的发生频次、强度及持续时间等变化特征,评估了其风险特征及风险动态变化的空间格局状况,提出了风险管理视角下中国地球工程风险治理的一些启示和思考。
On the back ground of global climate change,the themes of risk and governance of geoengineering are more and more focused in research. The potential impact of geoengineering and related risks are important issues. According to solar radiation management geoengineering scenario,this article estimates and analyzes the characteristics of frequency,intensity and duration of extreme precipitation events in China under the influence of geoengineering measures in 2020-2100. Furthermore,the article evaluates the spatial pattern of the risk characteristics on China and puts forward some enlightenment on China’s geoengineering governance.
