北京2022年冬奥会和冬残奥会(以下简称北京2022)期间延庆和张家口赛区总体气候条件能够满足冬奥会雪上项目比赛需求,但两地赛区地形复杂,局地小气候明显,赛场(赛道)天气气候具有很强的局地性、多变性和突发性。历史分析表明,两地比赛窗口期均曾出现过极端天气和高影响天气,且同一赛场不同海拔及同一海拔不同位置出现的概率均有很大差异。气候预估分析表明,21世纪20年代初冬末春初两地气温将升高、降水将增多,既不利于赛前储雪,也不利于赛时造雪和赛道积雪的保护和维持。气候变化使北京2022赛时短时-临近气象和雪质预报工作面临更大挑战,本文提出三点措施以应对多重挑战。
Generally,the climate conditions in the competition areas in Yanqing and Zhangjiakou meet the needs of skiing events of Winter Olympic Games. However,the competition mountain areas are of complex geographic terrain and special local microclimate,which make the weather and climate to be more local,fickle,and unexpected. According to the historical climate,the competition areas were exposed to high risks of extreme weather climate and high-impact weather. It is projected that,during the late winter and early spring in early 2020s,the temperature and precipitation in Beijing and Hebei will increase,which will not favor of snowmaking and the protection and maintain of snow quality in racing tracks during the match. The Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games will be confronting great climate challenges,and 3 pieces of advice are raised to responding to the multiple challenges.
