气候变化是影响人类生存发展的关键性问题。本文从温室气体产生的根源入手，提出了建设全球能源互联网，推动世界能源转型、应对气候变化的发展思路，阐述了加快全球能源互联网发展的重要性、可行性及其对应对气候变化的重要作用与价值，介绍了中国和世界各国推动能源互联网建设的实践和成效，指出了建设全球能源互联网的重点任务。总之，建设全球能源互联网能够有效破解气候变化等全球性挑战，实现人类可持续发展。
Climate change is a key challenge to the existence and development of humankind. Starting from searching for the roots of greenhouse gas emissions，this paper puts forward the development idea of promoting world energy transition and combatting climate change by establishing Global Energy Interconnection（GEI）. It analyzes the significance and feasibility of speeding up the construction of GEI，as well as the vital function of GEI in tackling climate change，introduces concrete practices and results of GEI development in China and the rest of the world，and identifies key tasks of pushing forward the construction of GEI. All in all，to establish GEI will help tackle global challenges including climate change and achieve sustainable development of humankind.
