各缔约方制定本国的长期低排放发展战略是《巴黎协定》达成的一项重要共识，目的是从中长期角度配合稳步提高的各自自主贡献实施力度及全球盘点机制，确保各缔约方在各自国情及能力的原则下实施持续的、系统的减排规划。目前，一些缔约方已相继提交了各自的长期温室气体低排放发展战略，中国“2050低碳发展战略”也在制定中。本文旨在通过对国际上现有的长期低排放发展战略的对比与分析，为中国制定“2050低碳发展战略”提供国际经验的借鉴及参考。
All Parities formulating the long-term low emission development strategy is one of the consensuses in accordance with the Paris Agreement. The inclusion of Strategies aims to，from a long-term perspective，facilitate the incremental Nationally Determined Contribution and Global Stocktake Mechanism，help the Parties realize the emission reduction plans in a more persistent and systematic way，in light of their respective capacities and national circumstance. So far，some Parties have submitted their own mid-century strategiessuccessively，and China’s strategy is also in formulation. This paper aims to summarize and analyze the Strategies which have submitted already，to provide some international experiences and references for the formulation of China’s 2050 low-carbon development strategy.
