本文总结了“德班加强行动平台问题特别工作组”（本文以下简称德班平台）自2014年10月以来的最新谈判进展，分析了各缔约方在谈判中关注的焦点问题和各大集团的主要立场和观点，总结了各缔约方提交的国家自主决定贡献中适应要素的准备情况，识别了年底缔约方大会巴黎协议适应和损失损害议题相关谈判的主要形势，分析了巴黎协议的谈判策略。
This paper summarized the advances of “Ad Hoc Working Group of the Durban Platform for Enhanced Action（ADP）” negotiation on adaptation and loss and damage since October 2014，including Parties and Groups’ positions and views，the focal points for debates，as well as the reflection of adaptation components in the submissions of intended nationally determined contributions（INDCs）so far. This paper also analyzed the possible landing ground and outcome，and China’s strategies for Paris.
