本文重点探讨了中国公路交通运输领域应对气候变化的策略，包括政策规划、基础设施绿色化、运输装备清洁低碳化以及运输服务高效便捷化等方面。通过分析《交通强国建设纲要》《国家综合立体交通网规划纲要》及交通领域相关的“十四五”规划等政策文件，结合具体的实施案例，如公铁两用大桥、智能交通系统以及光伏发电项目，评估了这些措施在减缓气候变化和提升系统适应能力方面的效果。研究表明，中国的绿色低碳交通政策在减少温室气体排放、提高交通系统韧性和促进可持续发展方面取得了显著成效，为全球应对气候变化提供了宝贵的经验。
With the intensification of global climate change，China has implemented a series of policies and measures to achieve a green and low-carbon transition in the transportation sector. This paper focuses on China’s strategies for addressing climate change in the field of road transportation，including policy planning，greening of infrastructure，energy integration，and the development of clean and low-carbon transportation equipment. By analyzing policy documents such as the “Outline for Building China into a Transportation Power，” the “National Comprehensive Transport Network Plan，” and the 14th Five-Year Plan，along with specific implementation cases such as road-rail bridges，intelligent transportation systems，and photovoltaic power generation projects，this study assesses the effectiveness of these measures in mitigating climate change and enhancing system resilience. The research shows that China’s green and low-carbon transportation policies have achieved significant results in reducing greenhouse gas emissions，improving transportation system resilience，and promoting sustainable development，offering valuable experience for the global fight against climate change.
