铝工业是有色金属工业碳排放量最大的领域，也是有色金属工业实现绿色低碳发展的重要抓手。本文分析了中国铝工业低碳发展现状、铝产业链碳排放情况、铝工业绿色低碳发展面临的挑战与机遇，围绕铝工业绿色低碳发展目标，提出了“控产量”“优结构”“抓创新”“促协同”四个促进铝工业绿色低碳发展的途径，也提出了明确我国“氧化铝不追求自给自足”的发展战略、牢牢抓住“电解铝”降碳重点环节不动摇和着力提高再生铝保级利用水平三方面的政策建议。
Aluminum industry is the field with the largest carbon emissions and also the key point for achieving green and low-carbon development of non-ferrous metals industry. This article focus on and analyzes the current low-carbon development situation，carbon emissions of aluminum industry chain，the challenges and opportunities of green and low-carbon development of China’s aluminum industry. Based on the green and low-carbon development targets of aluminum industry，the article puts forward four methods，which are “output control”，“structural adjustment”，“innovation promotion” and “strengthen collaboration” to promote the green and low-carbon development of aluminum industry. The article also clearly proposes three policies，which are “China alumina does not pursue self-sufficiency”，“Focusing on the key links of primary aluminum carbon reduction”，“Improving the level of recycled aluminum utilization”.
