气候变化教育对于促进气候行动,帮助学习者形成适应气候变化所需的价值观、知识与技能、行为改变等至关重要。气候变化教育的最新国际进展聚焦绿色学校、绿色课程、绿色教师与绿色社区四个方面。而中国气候变化教育则在理念推进、政策推进、区域/学校推进、实训推进等方面形成中国方案和实践特色。在此基础上,面向“双碳”目标,中国气候变化教育正在逐步形成全民终身学习视野下的素养一体化、学校一体化、课程一体化的低碳发展国民教育体系,并拓展到社区教育、老年教育等领域。
Education is critical to promoting climate action and empowering change agents with the knowledge,skills,values and attitudes they need. Recent international advances in climate change education have focused on four areas:green schools,green curricula,green teachers and green communities. China’s climate change education has developed a program with Chinese characteristics in terms of conceptual advancement,policy advancement,regional/school advancement,and practical training. Based on this,China’s climate change education is gradually forming a national education system for low-carbon development that integrates literacy,schools and curricula towards the goal of “dual-carbon”.
