Since the Industrial Revolution，humanity’s excessive consumption of resources and energy has led to an increasingly severe climate crisis，threatening human survival and development and posing a significant challenge to global security. Climate change inflicts serious damage on water resources and sanitation facilities，jeopardizing energy security and the stability of food supply，among other things. Additionally，climate change endangers human life and triggers mental health issues. The melting of the Arctic ice cap has instigated geopolitical shifts，making control over the Arctic region a strategic high ground in global security competition.
