建设集光伏发电、储能、直流配电、柔性用电于一体的光储直柔建筑是碳达峰碳中和目标下建筑节能工作的新方向。本文对光储直柔技术的发展背景进行了分析:建筑电气化率及分布式光伏占比的提升,有助于推动建筑柔性用电与电网交互解决高比例可再生能源接入带来的波动性难题。本文还对光储直柔四部分技术的相互关系进行了简要介绍,建筑用电柔性所带来的灵活调节资源可用于解决电力日平衡需求,实现超60%的减碳幅度。本文最后对推动光储直柔技术发展提出了政策建议。
PEDF building is integrating photovoltaic power generation,energy storage,DC power distribution,and flexible power consumption. It is the new direction of building energy conservation under carbon neutralization target. In this paper,the backgrounds and statuses of its development are put forward,which the increase of building electrification rate and the proportion of distributed photovoltaics will help to promote demand flexibility and grid interaction to solve the volatility caused by high proportion of renewable energy access. A brief introduction to the interrelationship of the four technologies of PEDF,and PEDF is focuses on meeting the daily balance of power with demand flexibility,where it will achieve a carbon reduction rate over 60%. Finally,it concludes the importance of PEDF and gives the policy suggestions to promote its application.
