中国近海有丰富的生境和物种多样性,生产力较高,对于我国沿海地区经济的可持续发展有重要意义,但海洋环境复杂多变,过去几十年来受到气候变化的影响显著,相对陆地而言,有关气候变化和人类活动影响中国近海的认识及应对策略仍较为不足。近几十年来,中国近海区域变暖和海平面上升的趋势明显,海表温度和沿海海平面上升速率分别为每年0.015℃和每年3.0mm,均高于全球平均水平,海洋环境和生物生态有明显的年代际异常。随着我国沿海地区经济的快速发展,围垦填海、污水排海和过度捕捞等人类活动对海洋的干扰愈发明显,海洋环境与生态的气候脆弱性愈发突出,如:生物地理分布变迁、有害藻华(赤潮)和浒苔(绿潮)频发、溶解氧含量降低和缺氧区扩大,以及生态系统服务功能下降等,采取对策措施降低气候变化的风险已迫在眉睫。
Coastal China seas are rich in habitats,species diversity and marine productivity,which is significant for the coastal areas’ sustainable economic development. Over the past decades,coastal China seas have been heavily impacted by the climate change. However,the understanding and strategies for the climate change and human activities in this region are still relatively poor compared with that in the land areas. In past recent decades,the sea surface temperature and sea level in the coastal China seas were warming at a rate of 0.015℃/year and rising at a rate of 3.0 mm/year respectively,both of which were greater than that of the global one. The marine ecosystem in the coastal China seas experienced obvious inter-decadal anomalies due to the influence of climate change. Except that,with the rapid socio-economic development in the coastal areas,the health and services of marine ecosystem face the increasing intervention from human activities such as the reclamation,sewage discharging and overfishing;and which contributed to an increasing climate-related vulnerability in the marine ecosystems,e.g.,the changes in marine bio-geographical distributions,frequent occurrences of harmful algal blooms(HABs)and enteromorpha(green tide),decline of dissolved oxygen content. It is therefore urgent to mitigate and address to climate change risk in the coastal China seas.
