城市通风廊道建设的主要目的是缓解城市热岛、提高城市空气流通和保护用于改善城市气候环境的土地。对典型区域通风廊道效果观测和模拟表明,通风廊道对微气候环境有一定影响,可降低局地热岛强度和增加局地风速,而在静风或接近静风时,其增风作用不太明显。近年来受气候变化和城市化影响,我国大范围雾霾天气频发,但城市通风廊道并不能改变大范围空气滞留等不利扩散气象条件,控制污染源排放是治理空气污染最有效的手段,而合理的通风廊道规划建设可以作为长期的改善城市生态环境的辅助措施。
The main purpose of urban ventilation corridor is to relieve urban heat island,increase air circulation,and protect the land which can improve the urban climate and environment. The observation and simulation of typical regions show that the ventilation corridors have some extent impact on microclimate,which can relieve local heat island intensity and increase local wind speed. But when the wind is static or nearly static,the increase rate is less significant. In the background of climate change and urbanization in recent years,the regional fog-haze weather is very frequent in China,but it is noteworthy that the urban ventilation corridor can’t change the large-scale air hang and other unfavorable meteorological diffusion conditions. The most effective mean of pollution treatmentis controlling pollutants emission,while the reasonable ventilation corridor planning and construction can be used as an assistant measure for long-term improving of urban ecological environment.
