As a close neighbor of India，the Gulf region has a long history of exchanges with India. In recent years，India’s economy has maintained rapid development，and a comprehensive great power diplomacy has gradually taken shape. Naturally，the gulf region countries become an important part of it. At present，the relations between the two are still focused on bilateral relations，especially involving the four fields—economy and trade，energy，labor and remittance，security. At the same time，the Indian government hopes to continue to exploit its own advantages and further expand and enhance the relations with the Gulf regional countries.
