中东安全问题复杂多变，具有复合型、多样性特征。外来干涉、历史积怨、利益纠葛、教派冲突、族群纷争等内外因素导致中东地区安全问题不断恶化，进而引发地区性安全危机。中东安全局势呈现动荡长期化、常态化，安全风险快速攀升，安全问题急剧恶化，安全困境日益明显的态势。安全问题既对中东国家的稳定和发展构成严峻威胁，又对地区及国际安全产生重大影响。树立新的安全观、加强全球治理、构建中东安全机制是解决目前中东安全困境问题的根本途径。
The problems of the security in the Middle East is complicated，with the characteristics of compounding and diversity. Foreign interference，historical grievances，conflicting interests，sectarian conflict，ethnic strife as well as other internal and external factors have led to the worsening security situation in the Middle East，triggering regional security crisis. The security situation in the Middle East presents a long-term and normalized instability，and the security is rapidly deteriorating. Security questions constitute serious threats for the stability and development of the countries in the Middle East，challenge both regional and international security. To establish a new concept of security，to strengthen global governance，and to build security regimes in the Middle East would be the fundamental ways to deal with the current security dilemma in the Middle East.
