In 2020,Arab countries made a historic breakthrough in their relations with Israel, with four Arab countries—the United Arab Emirates,Bahrain,Sudan and Morocco—normalizing their relations with Israel. The fundamental reasons for the breakthrough in Arab-Israeli relations are the change of geopolitical pattern in the Middle East, the exploration of economic diversification by Arab countries in the economic globalization, and the policy adjustment of the Trump administration to solve the Palestine-Israel issue. With the new geopolitical pattern and the new demand of economic development, some Arab countries,in order to safeguard their national interests, have adjusted their attitude towards solving the Israeli-Palestinian issue and no longer regard the Israeli-Palestinian issue as the core diplomatic issue. The breakthrough in Arab-Israeli relations serves the national interests of both sides, but at the expense of the Interests of the Palestinians. The improvement of Arab-Israeli relations will also have a significant impact on the geopolitical pattern of the Middle East.
