本报告测算了1978～2016年浙江省经济的潜在增长率，从2010年开始，浙江进入经济发展的新常态，呈现出典型的阶段性特征。本报告利用DEA模型和Malmquist生产率指数，分析1991～2015年浙江的经济增长效率，分析结果显示，全要素生产率约占33.3%，规模效率下降趋势明显。本报告建议从技术创新、资源配置着力来提高全要素生产率。
Potential economic growth rate of Zhejiang Province from 1978 to 2015 was estimated in the paper. Periodic characteristics of economic development of Zhejiang Province were analyzed and the new normal stage has been coming after 2010 from the cycle analyses result. The economic growth efficiency of Zhejiang was conducted by DEA model and Malmquist productivity index. The results show that total factor productivity was about 33.3% and scale efficiency declined significantly. The efforts should be put forward to improve total factor productivity from technological innovation and resource allocation.
