中澳两国自贸协定于2015年12月20日正式生效，标志着两国经贸关系进入崭新阶段。中澳FTA的签订受澳大利亚国内因素的多重影响，本文将从制度、利益以及观念三个因素出发，厘清澳大利亚签订FTA的内在动因。可预计的是，中澳自贸协定生效后，两国的双边经贸关系如对外直接投资（FDI）将迎来一个快速发展的高峰期。而随着双边投资关系向纵深发展，亦难免会有一些争议和摩擦出现。双方应该通过进一步的开放与发展，寻求可达致“双赢”的解决方案，这才是两国经济可保持繁荣发展的长久之道。
China Australia Free Trade Agreement（ChaFTA）was enacted on the 20th Dec 2015，which symbolizes the brand new start of the trade relationship between the two countries.The successful achievement of the agreement is subjected to Australian various domestic influences.This article aims to elucidate the internal nuisances of these influences from the institution，interests and concept perspectives.It is expected that the trade relationship between China and Australia would accelerate into a fast growing stage，such as the FDI between the two countries.However，with the fast development of the bilateral relationship，differences and conflicts may appear.The both countries should strive for a win-win solution by opening up further to reach long-standing prosperity for China and Australia.
