中国（上海）自由贸易试验区是中国体制改革的创新之举。本文总结梳理了自贸区运行一年来在制度创新、产业发展、政府管理、贸易监督、金融制度等方面取得的成效，并提出从建立国家层面的协调机制、对接上海发展战略目标、实现功能扩区、建立负面清单与经贸谈判联动机制、清晰定位金融改革与开放五个方面开展工作。
China （Shanghai） Pilot Free Trade Zone is innovative experiment China system reform. This paper summarizes China-SHFTA developments，including system innovation，industry development，government management，trade supervision，financial system. The author puts forward the establishment of national level coordination mechanism，matching Shanghai development strategic target，expansion function area，establishing linkage mechanism between negative list and trade negotiations，positioning of financial reform to promote the next phase of the construction work.
