Promoting the development the Yangtze River Economic Belt is the major strategic decision CPC Central Committee and the State Council in the new period. Yangtze River Economic Belt Connecting the coastal region and the inland，will make more radiation from coastal areas to inland，and has great significance on coordinated regional development. We should take problem-oriented thinking and sew the problems of Yangtze River Economic Belt，including the golden waterway is not smooth，industrial transformation and new urbanization were slowly，ecological deterioration has not been fundamentally eliminated. We should focus on six tasks：enhanced golden waterway capacity，speed up industrial upgrading，promoting new urbanization，deepening all-round opening，protecting the environment，innovate regional development institutional mechanisms.
