2014年是首都临空经济发展的关键一年，同时也是京津冀区域协调发展的重要元年。本文在梳理临空经济与区域经济相互 作用机理基础上，重点分析了首都临空经济的发展特征，从促进区域产业结构转换升级、形成新的增长极、重构京津冀区域发展新空间三个方面论述了首都临空经济对京津冀区域的影响。最后，从创新驱动、明晰临空经济职能分工、建立临空经济区域协调委员会、建立以首都经济区为核心的京津冀自贸区方面，提出基于首都临空经济视角的京津冀协同发展路径。
Abstract
2014 is a crucial year for capital airport economic development and coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region. Based on interaction mechanism of airport economy and regional economy，the author analyses five features of the capital airport economic development. The promotion of regional industrial structure upgrade，the formation of a new growth pole and special reconstruction of region are the three airport economic influence in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region. Finally，the author puts forward innovation drive，clear division of functions，the establishment of airport economy airport economic area Coordination Committee，and capital airport economic FTA to promote. coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.
