In this paper，the improved gravitational model other of Beijing city and the research area within the context of the gravitation based analysis，to determine the scope of the capital economic circle；on the base of analyzing the characteristics and problems in the development of the capital economic circle of urban system，puts forward the capital economic circle future capital economic circle towns coordinated optimization scheme.
