文章通过构建创新投入产出指标体系,运用创新产出和创新效率两个因素表征区域创新绩效,并对区域创新效率、区域创新绩效的区域差异和空间分布进行了分析,结果发现:创新产出的区域差异>创新绩效的区域差异>创新效率的区域差异。另外,创新绩效高值区域和T字形理论的国土开发和经济发展的优先区域高度吻合。通过回归建模分析,探讨了区域创新基础、产业集群的创新环境、产学研联系的质量、政府支持、技术溢出效应等因子对于区域创新绩效的影响,发现区域的创新绩效受区域创新基础的影响最大,受政府支撑和产业集群的创新环境的影响次之,而产学研联系的质量影响较小,国际溢出效应对区域创新绩效的影响存在一定的两面性。
With the deepening of globalization and knowledge economy era coming,innovation capability is increasingly becoming an important determinant of regional competitiveness. The purpose of this article is checking the regional innovation capacity and regional innovation differences in china,and then finding out the factors that affect regional innovation differences. Firstly,the article constructed innovation input and output evaluation index systems,and the innovation output quantity and innovation efficiency were selected to present regional innovation performance. Then the article analyzed the regional differences and spatial distribution of innovation performance and innovation efficiency. The result shows that the order of regional differences of different index is as follows,Innovation output >innovation Performance > innovation efficiency. In addition,the high value area of innovation performance are eastern coastal zone and along the Yangtze River region,which coincides with the economic development preferentially region proposed by the T-shaped theory. Finally,we investigated the factors including Common innovation infrastructure,the cluster-specific innovation environment,the quality of linkages,government supporting and technology spillover that affect the regional innovation performance. Then we conducted regression analysis to examine the relationships between regional innovation performance and nine influencing factors. The result reveals that common innovation infrastructure influences regional innovation performance most. Government supporting,cluster-specific innovation environment and technology spillover affect regional innovation performance less than common innovation infrastructure. There are two sides’ effects of the international spillovers on regional innovation performance.
