长期以来，尽管京津冀三方为加强首都经济圈的合作经历多次努力，但是首都经济圈仍然没有形成合理的产业分工，各城市之间、上下游相关产业之间的联系还很少，协调高效的产业价值链还没有形成。本文运用联合国工业发展组织国际工业研究中心提出的产业结构相似系数测量城市间产业结构趋同程度，即城市间产业分工程度，通过分析二位数产业得出城市间产业协作集中在哪些行业，并对此进行综合评价。最后，提出促进首都经济圈产业协作的优化策略。
Although Beijing，Tianjin and Hebei Province are committed to strengthening economic cooperation of Capital Economic Circle for a long time，the rational industrial division，the industrial connection of cities，upstream and downstream related industries are not shaping up. Coordinated and efficient industry value chain does not form. In this paper，we use the industry structure similarity coefficient put forward by United Nations Industrial Development Organization to measure the degree of convergence on industrial structure. By analyzing the two-digit industry，we conclude that industry collaboration focused on which industries and we conduct a comprehensive evaluation of this matter. What’s more，we put forward the optimization strategies to promote the development of industry collaboration in Capital Economic Circle.
