本文聚焦东北地区民营经济发展质量，利用民营企业的排序数据和数量数据，从效益和规模两个维度挖掘其发展态势，研究发现，一是东北民营经济的比重和竞争力与全国平均水平存在较大差距；二是东北民营经济在规模上呈现不断扩张的态势且头部企业在发展质量上存在亮点，但与其自身经济规模相比仍显滞后。针对东北地区民营经济发展的制约因素，要激发民营企业的创新活力，以规模扩张带动质量提升，强化中心城市集聚效应，充分利用国内和国际两个市场，优化民营经济发展环境等。
The article focuses on the quality of private economic development in the Northeast region. Utilizing both ordinal and quantitative data of private enterprises，it explores their development trends from two dimensions：efficiency and scale. The study finds that，firstly，the proportion and competitiveness of the private economy in the Northeast are significantly lower than the national average；secondly，while the private economy in the Northeast shows a continuous expansion in scale and some leading enterprises demonstrate bright spots in development quality，it still lags behind compared to its own economic scale. The article proposes several enhancement paths for the development of the private economy in the Northeast region，including stimulating the innovation vitality of private enterprises；promoting quality improvement through scale expansion；strengthening the agglomeration effect of central cities；making full use of both domestic and international markets；and optimizing the development environment for the private economy.
