印太战略使国际局势发生变化，对我国西部地区面向南亚东南亚地区合作构成冲击。要以党的二十大报告提出的构建双循环发展格局、以高水平对外开放推动高质量发展为指导，以共建“一带一路”为引领加大西部开放力度，落实西部地区积极融入共建“一带一路”高质量发展的明确定位，促进我国西部地区面向南亚东南亚地区的合作。
The Indo-Pacific strategy has changed the international situation and poses challenges to cooperation in the western region and towards South and Southeast Asia.
