成渝地区双城经济圈战略自提出以来，其项目建设数量、规划方案实施、政商合作机制、利益共享机制均发生巨大改变。但规划体系尚不健全、政策支撑力度较小、市场政务的衔接不足、利益共享机制有待完善等问题阻碍着成渝地区双城经济圈的进一步发展。目前，该战略下围绕经济区与行政区适度分离，已形成了重庆九龙坡的“成渝氢走廊”、阆中市等、广安高竹新区、丹巴县四个标志性案例，未来还将通过都市圈一体化、政府体制机制改革、利益机制优化来实现人—产业—土地的优化配置。
Since the proposal of the Chengdu Chongqing Economic Circle strategy，there have been significant changes in the number of project constructions，implementation of planning schemes，mechanisms for government business cooperation，and mechanisms for sharing benefits. However，the lack of a sound planning system，insufficient policy support，inadequate integration of market governance，and the need to improve the mechanism for sharing benefits still hinder the further development of the Chengdu Chongqing dual city economic circle. At present，the moderate separation of economic and administrative zones in this strategy has formed four landmark cases，including the “Chengdu Chongqing Hydrogen Corridor” in Jiulongpo，Chongqing，Langzhong City，Guang’an Gaozhu New Area，and Danba County. Next，the optimization of human industry land allocation will be achieved through urban agglomeration integration，government system mechanism reform，and interest mechanism optimization.
