本文概括广东新质生产力培育的要素、结构和功能三种形态特征及成效，总结广东以“四链”深度融合发展新质生产力的实践探索。在此基础上，从培育壮大融合主体梯队、推动新型要素成“链”、构筑区域间高能级协作网络、深化体制机制改革、塑造世界一流创新生态等“点、线、网、体、态”五个维度提出以“四链”深度融合加快发展新质生产力的若干建议。
This article introduces the elements，structure，functional forms，and effectiveness of cultivating new-quality productivity，and summarizes the practical exploration of cultivating new-quality productivity through the integration of “four chains” in Guangdong. On this basis，this paper proposes several suggestions for accelerating the development of new-quality productivity through the deep integration of the “four chains” in Guangdong. These suggestions are based on five dimensions of “point，line，network，body，and state”，such as cultivating and expanding the echelon of the integration of main bodies，promoting the aggregation and integration of new elements into the “chains”，improving the inter-regional high-energy cooperation network，deepening reforms and breakthroughs in systems and mechanisms，and shaping a world-class innovation ecosystem.
