The framework of a world-class urban agglomeration has been basically formed，the functions of international first-class bay areas have been comprehensively improved，Hong Kong and Macao are prosperous and stable，integrated into the overall national development，and the 2022 goal has been achieved as scheduled. In the new stage of deepening construction，the Greater Bay Area needs to anchor a new positioning of “one point，two places”，driven by comprehensive deepening of reform and expanding high-level opening up，focusing on the construction of international science and technology innovation centers，modern industrial systems，and high-quality living circles，further strengthening collaborative linkage，deepening all-round integrated development，and working together to write a new chapter of high-quality development.
