Promoting the development of new productive force is an important part of the joint efforts of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei to promote the pilot and demonstration areas of Chinese path to modernization，and is the only way to build an important driving force for high-quality development in the country. Following the functional positioning of the three provinces of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei，a comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed according to the connotation of new productive force，measuring the development level of new productive force in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the three provinces and cities，and analyzing its spatiotemporal evolution trend and influencing factors. The main factors affecting the development of new productive force in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei are the development of new industries. The main influencing factors for the development of new productive force in Beijing，Tianjin，and Hebei are the number of innovative talents，the cultivation of professional skilled talents，and industrial transformation and upgrading. Based on the development conditions of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei，suggestions for the path of new productive force development are proposed according to local conditions.
