2019~2021年长三角城市创新能力时空格局演化研究

本报告采用熵值法、全局自然断点法、冷热点分析等方法,研究了长三角城市创新能力时空格局演化及其阶段特征,研究发现:长三角城市创新能力整体上表现为增长态势,基本维度对创新能力的影响程度为创新基础环境>技术创新>创新人才>产业集群>市场开放度。长三角城市创新能力排名变化可分为三种类型,即上海等6个排名靠前的城市、合肥等12个排名居中的城市以及盐城等9个排名靠后的城市。全局创新能力划分为4个等级,即高水平城市、较高水平城市、较低水平城市和低水平城市。2000~2019年长三角城市创新能力可划分为2000~2006年的快速增长阶段、2007~2010年的稳步增长阶段和2011~2019年的缓慢增长阶段。

Abstract

This paper uses the entropy method,the global natural breakpoint method,and the analysis of hot and cold spots to study the evolution of the spatiotemporal pattern of urban innovation capacity in the Yangtze River Delta and its phase characteristics. The research finds that the overall performance of innovation ability is a growth trend,and the influence degree of basic dimensions on innovation ability is innovation basic environment>technological innovation>innovative talents>industrial cluster>market openness. Changes in the ranking of cities in the Yangtze River Delta in terms of innovation capability can be divided into three types,namely,6 cities in the top ranking such as Shanghai,12 cities in the middle ranking such as Hefei,and 9 cities in the lower ranking such as Yancheng. The overall innovation capability is divided into four levels,namely high-level cities,high-level cities,low-level cities and low-level cities. The innovation capacity of cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2000 to 2019 can be divided into a rapid growth stage from 2000 to 2006,a steady growth stage from 2007 to 2010,and a slow growth stage from 2011 to 2019.
