黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展是重大国家战略。山西位于黄河流域中游地区，地理位置重要，肩负重大的历史责任和使命。党的十八大以来，山西坚持生态优先，积极治山治水，加强生态修复与治理，为黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展做出了探索。报告分析了近年来山西推进黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展采取的措施、取得的成效以及面临的挑战，建议继续加强“两山七河一流域”生态修复治理，加快产业结构调整，推动黄河流域文旅融合发展，强化黄河流域通力协作。
Ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin is a major national strategy. Shanxi Province is located in the middle reaches of the Yellow River Basin. It has an important geographical position and shoulders a great historical responsibility and mission. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China，Shanxi has adhered to ecological priority，actively managed mountains and rivers，strengthened ecological restoration and governance，and made exploration for ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin. This report analyzes the measures，achievements and challenges of Shanxi Province in promoting ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin in recent years，suggests further strengthening the ecological restoration and management of “two mountains，seven rivers and one basin”，speeding up the adjustment of industrial structure，promoting the integrated development of culture and tourism in the Yellow River Basin，and strengthening the communication of the Yellow River Basin Work together.
