当前我国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段，京津冀区域的高质量发展是京津冀协同发展的核心内涵与主导力量。如何理解高质量发展的内涵和实质，如何把握京津冀高质量发展的宏观趋向，是当前必须面对和解答的问题。本文从京津冀高质量发展的宏观趋向出发，尝试构建京津冀高质量发展评价指标体系，并运用指标体系进行测评分析。
At present，China’s economy has changed from high-speed growth stage to high-quality development stage. The high-quality development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is the core connotation and leading force of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development. How to understand the connotation and essence of high quality development and how to grasp the macro trend of high quality development in Beijing，Tianjin and Hebei are the problems that must be faced and answered at present.
