伴随近年来大洋洲在亚太乃至印太地区战略地位的提升,其在日本外交布局中的排序有所提升,并成为日本实现“正常国家”战略的重要一环。2018年,日本基于地缘政治、地缘经济、地缘安全等方面的考虑,在政策层面完成了对大洋洲外交的再定位。日本针对大洋洲战略伙伴国及太平洋岛国的外交政策,在以往的基础上也不断提出新举措,既体现浓厚的地缘安全特色,也呈现合作议题丰富化、合作方式多样化的新趋向。
With the increasing of Oceania strategic position in the Asia-Pacific region even the Indo-Pacific region in recent years,its rank in Japan’s diplomatic layout has advanced and has become an important part of Japan’s strategy of achieving a “normal state”. In 2008,taking geo-politics,geo-economy,geo-security into consideration,Japan has achieved relocation towards Oceania in the policy level. Japan’s foreign policy towards the strategic partners of Oceania and the South Pacific island countries has also continuously put forward new measures on the basis of the past,which reflects the strong geopolitical security as well as presents a new trend of enriching cooperation issues and diversifying cooperation methods.
