自2015年中印尼副总理级人文交流机制建立以来，中印尼人文交流不断发展提升，相关高校的努力推进了中印尼人文交流从顶层设计向民众参与的路径转化。本文试图梳理以孔子学院和中国-印尼高校智库联盟等为代表的精英模式推动人文交流的基本状况，以及通过总结精英群体推动中印尼人文交流的历史与现实经验，分析中印尼人文交流从精英到民众路径的基本逻辑。
Since the establishment of China-Indonesia Vice Premier-Level People-to-People Exchange Mechanism in 2015，China-Indonesia People-to-people exchange has been continuously developing and upgrading. The efforts of relevant universities have promoted the path transformation of China-Indonesia People-to-people exchange from top-level design to popular participation. This paper tries to sort out the basic situation of the elite mode of promoting People-to-people Exchange represented by Confucius Institute and China-Indonesia University Think Tank Alliance，and to find out the basic logic of China-Indonesia People-to-people exchange from elite to people by summarizing the history and practices of elite groups.
