2017年印度尼西亚第5号法令《文化发展促进法》颁布实施，为文化工作的开展提供制度保障。2018年是《文化发展促进法》实施首年，印度尼西亚非物质文化遗产保护工作按既定工作计划，以庆祝皮尼斯造船术入选联合国教科文组织非物质文化遗产及筹备申请班查希拉成为联合国教科文组织非物质文化遗产为两项重要工作，以开展2018年国家级非物质文化遗产年度评选为基本工作。本文重点就以上三项工作的开展情况进行介绍及分析。
The promulgation and implementation of national Indonesian law No.5 in 2017（the promotion of cultural development）provide institutional guarantee for the national cultural work. During The implementation of the first year 2018，the protection of intangible cultural heritage in Indonesia follows the work plan，focus on “celebration of Pinis boatbuilding succesfully selected into UNESCO’s intangible cultural heritage”，“preparing applicant of Pencak silat to become a UNESCO intangible cultural heritage” and “selecting the annual selection of national intangible cultural heritage 2018”. This paper will introduce and analyze this three poins on above.
