2018 has witnessed various fruitful and inspiring progress for the Singaporean culture. The reform of Ministry of Culture，Community and Youth（MCCY）enables a more routine and institutionalized administration and management. Meanwhile，the relationship between China and Singapore witnessed a rewarding progress in an even closer relationship. 2018 is destined to be one of those important years in the history of China-Singapore relation.
