中国与葡语国家关系源远流长。自1974年中国与几内亚比绍建交起，中国陆续与葡语国家建立合作发展关系，建立了长期稳定的双边合作机制。2003年成立的中国—葡语国家经贸合作论坛（澳门）开启了中国与葡语国家多边合作机制。15年来，中国与葡语国家合作机制日趋成熟，政府间的合作更为密切，高层互访密集频繁，贸易投资增长显著，合作领域不断拓宽，合作成效逐步彰显。展望未来，中国与葡语国家多双边合作的发展在“一带一路”倡议引领下将迎来更多机遇，澳门特区作为连接中国与葡语国家之间的纽带，其平台作用将愈发凸显。
China and Portuguese-speaking countries enjoy a long history of friendship. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Guinea-Bissau in 1974，China has gradually built and developed partnerships with Portuguese-speaking countries and set up long-term and stable bilateral co-operation mechanisms. The Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries （Macao），launched in 2003，has embarked on a multilateral co-operation mechanism between China and Portuguese-speaking countries. The past 15 years have witnessed the increasingly mature cooperation mechanisms，closer intergovernmental co-operation，frequent exchanges of high-level visits and remarkable growth in trade and investment between China and Portuguese-speaking countries. Thus，fields of cooperation have been widened and achievements began to manifest itself. Going forward，the development of multi-bilateral co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking countries will embrace more opportunities through the Belt and Road Initiative. As a connecting platform between China and Portuguese-speaking countries，the Macao Special Administrative Region （Macao SAR） will play an even more prominent role.
