青年就业问题是长久以来一直困扰法国的一项顽疾。马克龙总统执政一年多来，努力寻求解决问题的方案。马克龙认为，加强青年职业培训，让青年人拥有一技之长是解决青年失业问题的重要环节，其青年就业政策也以此为核心在继承原有措施的基础上寻求突破。颁布《自由选择未来职业法》，改革学徒制和职业培训，推出“反贫困计划”，完善青年保障机制和职业互助金体制是马克龙执政后的主要举措。由于大部分措施实施时间较短，很多相应的内容还没有落实或仍在协商之中，这些举措的成效仍需继续观望。解决青年就业问题的顽疾或许需要更深层次的思考和改变。
The youth employment is a chronic illness that has plagued France for a long time. From his arriving in power，President Macron has worked hard to find a cure to the problem. He believes that strengthening youth vocational training and enabling young people to have a skill is an important part of solving the youth unemployment problem. His youth employment policy also seeks to break through on the basis of inheriting the original measures. The promulgation of the Law “For the Freedom to choose one’s professional future”，the reform of the Apprenticeship system and Professional Training，the launch of the “Anti-poverty Plan” and the improvement of the Youth Guarantee and Revenu de solidarité active（a French form of welfare benefit）are the main measures taken by President Macron. Since most of the measures are implemented for a short period of time，many of the corresponding contents have not yet been worked out or are still under negotiation. The effectiveness of these measures still needs to be watched. Solving the youth employment issues may require deeper thinking and change.
