东北亚区域跨境旅游合作基础良好，近年来，东北亚区域跨境旅游日显生机与活力，其巨大的旅游市场不容忽视。随着区域内国家间的经贸合作不断深化，双边与多边跨境旅游也取得了实质性的进展。中俄、中日、中韩、中朝、中蒙的双边旅游合作已经取得明显的成绩，中日韩、中俄蒙、中俄韩、中俄朝三边合作也取得了初步进展。但东北亚区域跨境旅游也面临诸多问题，合作机制不完善、基础设施不健全、旅游人才缺乏等影响旅游业的进一步发展。本文通过对东北亚区域多边跨境旅游的现状、特点、问题分析，提出对策建议。
The cross-border tourism cooperation in Northeast Asia is well-grounded. In recent years，cross-border tourism in Northeast Asia has become increasingly vital，and its huge market cannot be ignored. With the continuous deepening of economic and trade cooperation among countries in the region，bilateral and multilateral cross-border tourism has also made substantial progress. China and Russia，China and Japan，China and South Korea，China and North Korea，and China and Mongolia have achieved remarkable results in their bilateral tourism cooperation. China，Japan and South Korea，China，Russia and Mongolia，China，Russia and South Korea，and China，Russia and North Korea have also made initial progress in trilateral cooperation. However，the cross-border tourism in Northeast Asia also faces many problems，such as incomplete cooperation mechanisms，incomplete infrastructure，and lack of tourism talents that affect the further development of the tourism industry. This article analyzes the current situation，characteristics，and problems of multilateral cross-border tourism in Northeast Asia and proposes countermeasures and suggestions.
