非洲面临“去工业化”的挑战。本文从分析金砖五国在非洲国家投资的历史、现状和特点入手，针对金砖国家在非洲工业化进程中的作用提出量化可行的目标和落地路线图。倡导建立金砖国家与非洲工业化协调机制，特别强调金砖国家新开发银行的特殊角色以及与非洲发展银行的合作，提议金砖国家结合自身的特点和发展经验，对口支持非洲国家的工业化建设，催生非洲版新兴金砖国家，共同推动《2030年可持续发展议程》以及非洲《2063年议程》的实现。
The African continent is facing the challenges of de-industrialization. This paper starts with an analysis of the history，status quo and characteristics of the investment of the five BRICS countries in African countries，and proposes quantitative and feasible targets and roadmaps for the role of BRICS in the process of industrialization in Africa. It is proposed to establish a coordination mechanism between the BRICS and the industrialization of Africa，with particular emphasis on the special role of the BRICS New Development Bank and cooperation with the African Development Bank. Further，the BRICS countries should support African countries industrialization based on their own strengths and development experiences so to promote the African equivalent of emerging countries similar to BRICS in order to achieve the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals and the realization of the African Union’s 2063 Agenda.
