作为金砖国家合作的第三支柱，人文交流日益受到各界关注。在实施过程中，人文交流对强化金砖国家合作和夯实民意基础的支持力度不够，在主客观条件、实施过程、成效和评估机制方面尚存在一定的风险。为了克服障碍，金砖国家人文交流需要弥合现实鸿沟，克服自我中心，实现多元联动，强化品牌意识，健全评估体系。金砖国家需要继续探索人文交流的有效方式，不断深化务实合作。
As the third pillar of BRICS cooperation，people-to-people exchanges have received increasing attention. Its implementation witnessed the insufficient support provided by people-to-people exchanges to strengthened BRICS cooperation and the public opinion consolidation. Certain risks reside in subjective and objective conditions，implementation，effectiveness and evaluation mechanism. In order to overcome these obstacles，BRICS countries need to bridge the gap，overcome self-centeredness，make concerted efforts among multiplayers，strengthen brand awareness，and upgrade the evaluation system for people-to-people exchanges. BRICS countries need to explore effective ways of people-to-people exchanges and reinforce pragmatic cooperation.
