本文基于南南合作与金砖国家的发展历程追溯，论述了金砖国家是推动南南合作的示范引领者、改革创新者和强力“造血”者，阐述了因政治身份独特、经济实力强大、国际影响力凸显等因素，金砖国家在推动南南合作中具有不可替代的重要地位；同时还进一步分析了金砖国家在参与全球治理和推进南南合作中须正视与面对的困境并有针对性提出加强务实合作的基本方向和改革举措。
Based on the development of South-South cooperation and the BRICS countries，this paper discusses that the BRICS countries are the model leaders，reform innovators and powerful “hematopoietic” who promote South-South cooperation. It explains the BRICS countries have an irreplaceable important position in promoting South-South cooperation with unique political identity，and strong economic strength，market influence and international influence，etc. At the same time，this paper further analyzes the difficulties that the BRICS countries need to face in participating in global governance and promoting South-South cooperation，and proposes the basic direction and reform measures to further strengthen pragmatic cooperation.
