A new single immigration system has been designed based on skills and talent. The immigration White Paper is surreal. According to the statement，the U.K. will introduce new single immigration system after Brexit. British government’s position is perfectly clear that concerning high-skilled labor to tilt the social. The economic difficulties of relying on EU labor are still exists. The unstable and inequality labour market，which is closely related to migration，are likely to become ever more squeezed. Unfortunately，the White Paper does not do much about the above problems.
