Together with the development of refugee crisis，the right-wing populist movements attract more and more political and social attentions. The paper addresses the issue of the complex relationship between the political party AfD（Alternative für Deutschland/Alternative for Germany） and the registered association PEGIDA （Patriotische Europäer gegen die Islamisierung des Abendlandes/Patriotic Europeans Against the Islamisation of the Occident） in Germany. AfD and PEGIDA are both against foreigners and mix with extremist ideologies and repulsion thoughts to other religions. As a result，the refugees who are trying to settle in Germany and other Europe countries get more vulnerable；Europe is losing its direction on social values；as well，the European integration isalso endangered. The development of right-wing populist movements affects not only the political stability in Germany and other Europe countries，but also they affect negatively the foreign relations，including the economic relation between Germany and China.
