With the fading away of refugee crisis peaks, the pressure for the European Union to control the entry of refugees is decreasing. However, there is continuing arraval of refugees and immigrants in the Europe, and the migrating routes are changing. With new challenges, the European Union is adjusting management strategies. One strategy is to move the controlling border outside of Europe, particularly through cooperation with African countries. The immigrant prolems produce intense relations and conflicts among European Union countries, and increasing divisions within member countries as well. On the one hand, the far right and populist parties gain inceasing political powers;on the other hand, the friendly attitudes towards immigrants exist widely among ordinary citizens,non-governmental organizaions, and local governments.
