系统阐述“一带一路”投资安全的现状与重要战略问题，科学评价可能面临的机遇与风险，是国家深化全方位对外开放，妥善应对外部环境变化的重要举措；国家“一带一路”数据分析与决策支持北京市重点实验室通过建立投资安全分析模型，以“投资安全指数”作为指标衡量目标区域的投资风险；并对宏观经济稳定、债务风险、城市化率、产能合作等领域进行综合分析与比较。
As China is deepening the all-round opening to the outside world and properly deal with the changes of the external environment，we need to examine the domestic and international political and economic environment of investment security，expound the present situation of investment security and the important strategic problems systematically，as well as make scientific evaluation of the possible opportunities and the risks in the construction of “the Belt and Road” initiative.
Our Laboratory，the Beijing Key Laboratory of B & R’s Data Analysis and Decision Support （short for “the Laboratory”），set up the Model of Investment Security Evaluation （the MISE），and we use the Investment Security Index as the key indicator to measure the investment risk of target area. We apply the MISE to various industries，regional comprehensive analysis and comparison. Thus，we can predict the situation of investment security，as well as give scientific suggestion in the development of “the Belt and Road”.
