The coverage area of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization is the core area along the “Belt and Road”，and the two have ideal conditions for cooperation. After the successful expansion of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization，it has become the regional organization with the largest population geographical area，and has great potential for economic cooperation. The “Belt and Road” construction also ushered in the first five-year harvest. Both sides have entered a new era of development and provided new opportunities for development. In this context，the two sides should give full play to their respective advantages and leverage each other to overcome the challenges and difficulties faced in the process of docking and cooperation，and jointly build a community of shared destiny of political mutual trust，lasting peace，mutual benefit and win-win，cultural tolerance.
