《共产党宣言》作为世界无产阶级政党的第一部纲领性文献和世界上传播最广的著作，在其发表170周年后仍能感受到其穿越时空的真理光芒与魅力。2018年，世界各国举行多种纪念活动，高度评价了《共产党宣言》的历史意义与当代价值。结合新的时代条件，国内外学界对《共产党宣言》也进行了多视角的新解读。本文认为：应从《共产党宣言》的批判性、对社会主义认识的历史性、对现实问题的启示性等维度来把握其历史意义与当代价值。
The Communist Manifesto，as the most widely disseminated and international work in all socialist documents，shocked the world once it was published. Even in 2018，after the 170th anniversary of its publication，in the worldwide commemoration boom，we can still feel its true light and charm through time and space. The Communist Party of all countries highly appraised the important role of the Declaration and Marxism in promoting the development of human history. Relevant research results at home and abroad have also activated the text of the Declaration with realistic problems in an attempt to make theory respond to reality. Only by grasping the critical nature of the text itself，the historicity of the relationship between the Declaration and socialist practice，and the contemporary value of the Declaration，can we better interpret the historical significance and contemporary value of the Declaration.
