2017～2018年，世界经济格局深刻调整，国际贸易保护主义强力抬头，各国发展面临着诸多不确定因素。中国与葡语国家的合作却实现了快速发展，成为重塑国际贸易格局的新兴力量和合作典范。2017年以来，葡语国家政局基本平稳，葡语国家的国际影响力日益增强，各葡语国家之间、中国与葡语国家之间的合作交流频繁、关系紧密。中国与葡语国家通过“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛、中非合作论坛北京峰会等多边平台以及双边高层互访促进政治互信，通过进博会、广交会、京交会、金砖国家经贸部长会议、中国与葡语国家企业经贸合作洽谈会、澳门国际贸易投资展览会等平台促进了经贸合作的快速发展。中国与葡语国家的商品贸易增长强劲，服务贸易合作加深，直接投资大幅提升，承包工程增长迅速，劳务合作发展稳定。文化交流方面，充分发挥澳门平台作用，建立了中国文化对葡语国家传播的多层体系，同时开展丰富多样的活动加深对葡语国家文化的了解。以孔子学院为主要载体的教育合作，以学者、学术交流和智库建设为主要内容的科研合作均稳步推进。2017～2018年，中国与葡语国家的合作发展取得了丰硕的成果，但在进一步加强经贸互补效应、服务贸易和投资、多边平台下的双边合作、复合型葡语人才培养和中国文化对外传播方面仍有较大的空间。随着这些问题的逐步解决，中国与葡语国家的合作将进一步加快加深，对重塑新型国际关系、共建人类命运共同体有着重要的意义。
As the global economy is undertaking profound adjustment in 2017-2018，trade protectionism is on the rise，the world’s economic development is now facing many uncertainties. Yet the cooperation between China and Portuguese-Speaking Countries（PSCs）has been rapidly growing，becoming a model and strength for restructuring international trade. Since 2017，the political environment of PSCs has been stable and they have gained ever more international influence. The cooperation between PSCs and the cooperation between China and PSCs have been widely enhanced. Through multiple platforms like Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation，Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation and frequent bilateral high-level reciprocal visits，China has strengthened its political ties to and cooperation with PSCs. With the exchange and participation on various fairs and forums，like China International Import Expo，Canton Fair and China Beijing International Fair for Trade in Services，Meeting of the BRICS Trade Ministers，Macao International Trade & Investment Fair，the Entrepreneurs Meeting for Commercial and Economic Cooperation between China and PSCs and Forum for Economic and Trade between China and PSCs（Forum Macao），China has greatly strengthened its economic and trade cooperation with PSCs. China’s merchandise trade with PSCs has grown rapidly and the service trade cooperation has also been deepened. Direct investment to PSCs has been increased sharply，the number of international project contracting has grown rapidly and labor cooperation has been steadily promoted. In terms of culture communication，China has made full use of Macao as a window to PSCs and established a multilevel culture communication system and has held a variety of activities for PSCs to know and understand China. With Confucius Institutes as the main body for culture communication，China has steadily facilitated its scholar exchange，academic communication and think tank construction with PSCs. China’s cooperation with PSCs has yielded fruitful achievements in 2017-2018. As the existing problems which has restricted the cooperation are solved in the future，the cooperation between China and PSCs will reshape the international relationship and will contribute to the construction of a community of shared future for mankind.
