近年来，越来越多的世界城市开始注重智慧城市规划。2018年6月，伦敦市发布了智慧城市规划草案。本文结合该规划，对伦敦市的智慧城市规划进行了介绍，梳理了该规划的主要特点与主要内容，并分析了其对上海建设智慧城市的经验启示。
In recent years，more and more world cities have begun to focus on smart city planning.In June 2018，the City of London released Smarter London Together（non-statutory）.Based on the plan，the paper introduced main features and contents of the plan.In the end，we also proposed some inspirations on building smart city in Shanghai.
